Welcome to the online time approval configuration. The one-time setup is very easy and you will be on your way to approving timesheets online in minutes.
1. Go to the MC2 Anywhere homepage: https://www.mc2anywhere.com/
The banner at the top looks like this:
2. Click at the top of the screen.
3. Enter your User ID and Password and press
4. Under , click on
5. Enter a new password into the field and type it again into the field.
6. Click in the box and enter your business phone number.
Those whose timesheets you approve will have access to this if they need to reach you by phone.
7. Click: and change it to:
This will ensure you receive email notifications of timesheets needing approval at the top of the hour following timesheet submission.
This will make “Approve Time” the default page when you log in.
Note that automated email requests to review submitted time will arrive from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure any email filters are configured to allow this sender.
Congratulations. Configuration is complete!!
You may continue to browse through the system or simply log out. When a worker submits a timesheet, you will receive and automatic email notification to log in approve the timesheet.
