This table reflects which states require state tax withholding from income earned while an individual is living and working in that particular state. If you live and work in different states, please contact us.

It also shows the withholding certificate requirements for each state. Most of the states requiring withholding have forms available in PDF format at their website so a hyperlink is provided in the table below for those states. Note: Clicking on the link for a state will open a new browser window.
